2. Document required for visa purpose by Main Applicant

• 1 set of color photocopies of all pages of passport (passport should be valid for at least
• 18 months from the date of visa application including cover of passport).
• Student visa application form ST-1 (Comes from Denmark after payment of tuition fee).
• 1 set of colored Photo copies of all your educational documents (Front and back both sides) and work experience letters (if any).
• Admission letter and agreement copy from University.
• Payment acknowledgement receipt from the University.
• IELTS certificate (Colour copy).
• Highest degree of the student should be legalized from the ministry of external affairs
• (MEA) i.e. Apostle of Last academic document.
• No Funding, insurance, air ticket is required
• Case ID is mandatory which will be generated by institute
• 2110 Danish krone for (Medical, travel & Bank account which is mandatory to pay)

3. Document Requirement for visa purpose by Spouse
(Note: All documents required in color).
Show money INR (7.5 Lakh Approx.). Amount should be in main applicant account  only. Student should have account in International Bank account only like Citi Bank,  Deutche Bank, HSBC, RBS etc. (One day old fund acceptable. No Source of income  required. FD’s are not acceptable).

4. Document Requirement for visa purpose by Child (per candidate) (For children under 18)

• Show money INR (7.5 Lakh Approx.). Amount should be in main applicant account only. Student should have account in International Bank account only ike City Bank, Deutche Bank, HSBC, RBS etc. (One day old fund acceptable. No Source of income required. FD’s are not acceptable).

Important Notes:

• Spouse show money – Amount should be in main applicant account only. Student should open account in International Bank account only like City Bank, Deutche Bank, HSBC, RBS etc. (Bank Branch must be available in Denmark), One day old fund acceptable.
•  Spouse can work full time in Denmark.
• All the documents mentioned above should be in A4 size only, should be translated in English Language & Colored print.
• If Student has a passport with turban and he is cut surd he has to submit the affidavit to the Embassy.
• Visa processing time is 2 months after file submission in VFS.
• There will be a Personal Interview at Embassy after file submission at VFS.
• File will be submitted at VFS with prior appointment.
• Student can work up to 20 hours per week part time and full time during June,July and August.
• Post Study Stay Back is 6 months.

Stepwise Procedure

Step 1: Applying for a course: Share all the above mentioned documents with us through mail.
Step 2: We will assess the documents; in case they are well in order a small Skype interview will be scheduled.
Step 3: Student has to appear for Skype interview on the scheduled date & time (Process of Skype Interview)
1. Student has to send the request to the Skype ID(id will be shared from our side along with the interview schedule.)
2. As the university will accept the request. Student has to message his/her Full  name, Passport Number, Course Applied for
3. After interview, the University representative will provide interview result within working 24 to 36 hours.
Step 4: After clearing Skype test, the next step would be to make the payment of the application fees. Once the student make the payment of the application fees the will university sends conditional offer letter i.e. the admission notice.
Step 5: After getting the conditional offer letter i.e. the admission notice, student has to pay 1st year tuition fees directly to the University.

Step 6: Once the tuition fee is been paid, the university sends the fees payment confirmation along with the ST-1 (part1); ST 2 (Part 2).
Step 7: After receiving the fees payment confirmation as well as the ST-1 ( part1 ); ST 2 ( Part 2 ), all documents as per the above mentioned checklist for visa purpose are required to be share in colored scan copy. 
Step 8: The next step would be the VFS submission at Ahmadabad. Student has to pay 16,800 INR Fees approximately. Visa fee of 15700 INR (subject to change) + VFS service charge 1652 INR (subject to change) should be in cash (Subject to change). 
Step 9: The application finally goes to Delhi consulate for the review. Delhi consulate  asks for a personal interview. Interview will take 15 minutes to 2 hours. After an interview  30 to 35 days take for visa stamping.
Step 10: After getting the Visa, student can fly to Denmark as per the schedule.
